yearly updating club information

Hello: has anyone else have issues with the updating the yearly information about your club. I have been trying since the last week in November to get onto the site to update the club information. with each time following the step-by-step instructions given to get logged on to the Edit site, the Edit button does not come up. Each year this seems to happen with our club. I have sent three emails to the ARRL requesting help with the issue with either getting back to me or resetting (they done it in the past years) the Edit section on our site so it can be updated. So far, NO RESPONCE from ARRL nor has the Edit button been readded to our site. Next step I guess will be having call them from the west coast before they close for the day. Any work around to get the Edit button to come up or to get to the Edit section. Dean Becker |
