The satellite computer-aided tuning interface described in the October 2012 QST (pp. 40-43) for use with SatPC32 software and the Yaesu FT-817 transceiver is now available in the ARRL Online Store. The interface -- created by Education and Technology Program Coordinator Mark Spencer, WA8SME -- is part of resource development for the ARRL's Education & Technology Program (ETP).
